Litigation attorneys, also known as litigators, represent their clients in civil disputes, legal proceedings, and other court cases. Litigation lawyers are responsible for a diverse range of cases, which require specialist knowledge, strategic reasoning, and effective advocacy. Let’s take a look at some of the cases they handle!

Commercial Litigation

Commercial litigation includes any dispute between individuals and businesses regarding contracts, commercial transactions, business torts etc.

Litigation attorneys specialize in cases that involve breach of contract, intellectual property disputes, partnership disputes, claims of breach of fiduciary duties, and claims of unfair competition.

Employment Litigation

Employment litigation includes disputes between employers, employees, and other parties regarding employment contracts, workplace harassment, discrimination, wrongful terminations, wage and hours violations, and any other employment related matter.

PROBATE and ESTATE LITIGATING

Probate and Estate Litigation refers to disputes involving wills, trusts and guardianships. It also includes the distribution of assets after death.
